Account/login problem — I cannot log in.
Log in with your 10-digit mobile number. If you have set a 6-digit MPIN, enter it; otherwise use OTP. If OTPs do not arrive, check your network and request a resend after the cooldown.

I forgot my MPIN.
Tap "Forgot MPIN" on the login screen and reset it with an OTP. You can also change your MPIN any time from Profile.

How do I add or edit an address?
Go to Account → Saved Addresses. You can add a new address with map location, set a default, or remove unused ones.

Contact support from your registered number. We will verify and delete your account data as required, while keeping records that the law requires us to retain.
