To deliver your orders we collect and process: your name, mobile number, delivery address, order details, and — for vendor/rider/service-provider partners — business and KYC documents you submit for verification.

• Order-related communication (calls/SMS from stores and delivery partners)
• Support conversations you start
• Legal verification of partner registrations

What We Never Do

• We never sell your personal data.
• We never show your full phone number or address to other customers.
• KYC/identity documents are stored in private storage and are accessible only to authorised verification staff.

Payments

Online payments are processed by our payment gateway (Razorpay/Cashfree). We never store your card numbers, UPI PINs or bank credentials.

Your Rights

You can request correction or deletion of your account data by contacting support. Records required for legal/accounting purposes (invoices, transaction history) are retained as required by law.
